Had a wonderful experience today.
I have had a problem with the display screen in my iphone for the last 2 months..
I have been visiting this icare center quite a few times. Besides I have also been trying to call iphone support service over phone.
While I still have problem with my display screen , I could also not use the passcode and use the phone.
Today , I went to the Center and had the opportunity to meet Mr. Karthik.
He heard my issues patiently and helped me open the phone in just 60 secs so that I can once again start using the phone for calling as well as for messages.
A great help extended in a jiffy.
The spontaneity with which he listened to my issues and offering the solution was simply wonderful. . He did this even while he was attending to another customer.
He told me that I could still come and change the display screen whenever I wanted . He would be there to help me.
Thought I should bring this to the notice of the management.
Also have to mention that whoever I met in the Center earlier were equally patient and helpful ; the Apple Support Center were also very helpful but Rithik was the one who gave me the solution after listening to my problems - in just less than a minute !
