People are not at all helpful. Even after we have expressed interest in buying, but wanted to know more about the product, they haven’t responded well. Infact they haven’t responded at all. We brought the product just because we have already decided that we will be buying it but went only to know more about the features. It was definitely not because the people over there had made an impression on us and encouraged us to buy. It’s not that the store was busy. They were just standing over there watching us struggle, ask for help but simply refusing to respond.
