I’m writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received at the Gopalan Signature Mall outlet. I was in a high-pressure situation and needed a Mac mini urgently for a critical project, but I was hitting dead ends everywhere I looked. When I arrived at the store I met Yousuf and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism. Even though the system showed two units in stock they were already reserved and it initially looked like I would leave empty handed again. However Yousuf didn't just give me a standard out of stock response. He genuinely listened to my situation and took it upon himself to find a solution. Employees like Yousuf are a great asset to Imagine. His ability to balance store policy with genuine human empathy is what builds true brand loyalty. He didn't just sell me a product he provided a solution and earned a long term customer for the store.
A huge thank you to Yousuf and the management team for their flexibility and for saving my workday I will definitely be returning here for my future tech needs.

I would like to acknowledge and appreciate the excellent support offered by imagine store and kushal The charging cable suddenly stopped working ( wasn’t getting connected properly) and I visited the store to see what can be done. Kushal very diligently checked the cable and removed a small external element which was causing the issue and my cable is now back to being final . The store and staff live upto Apple standards - keep it up.
