Had a great experience at the Apple Store. Initially, the staff member who attended me wasn’t aware of the model’s availability and I had to wait around 30 minutes while they checked with another store.
However, Nitish later assisted me and he was well-informed about the stock. He quickly arranged the exact model I was looking for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire purchase process smooth and hassle-free. The setup guidance and overall service were excellent.
