Visited the Imagine store in RR Nagar to purchase AppleCare and the Essential Kit for my MacBook Air, and had a really smooth experience. Syed, the sales representative, was extremely helpful in clearly explaining all the details of the AppleCare coverage and the benefits of the protection plan.
