I had a very good overall experience shopping at the Apple Imagine Store in Lulu Mall. A special appreciation to Harsha and Nandeep, who went above and beyond to make the entire purchase process smooth, transparent, and seamless. They patiently explained the ongoing offers, ensured we received the best deal applicable, and handled everything with professionalism and courtesy. Afzal was also helpful and contributed to making the experience pleasant.
Unfortunately, one incident significantly affected an otherwise excellent experience. A female staff member initially approached us with a higher quotation. When she realized that we were already offered a better price under the ongoing offers, she appeared visibly upset and repeatedly complained about it to multiple staff members right in front of us. This continued throughout our purchase and created an uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere. The management to look into this. She seemed more upset that we had received a better offer than focused on providing a good customer experience, and repeatedly expressing her frustration in front of us made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and irritating.
