I bought an iPhone recently and the process was smooth. I was even allowed to take my old phone back home(after paying a deposit) to transfer data and bring it back for the exchange. They also gave me a free tempered glass. When this was forming bubbles that wouldn’t go away, they replaced it immediately with another brand’s tempered glass and also gave me a screen cleaning liquid on the house. Loved all the free goodies.
