I want to thank Ajmal for his amazing help and support. I had gone to buy a new phone and also exchange my old one, but I had forgotten the password. At first, I was told to go to a service center for a reset and was not given help. But then Ajmal stepped in, took full ownership, and guided me through the entire process until it was done. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really kind. I had a great experience at the store only because of him. He’s truly a gem!
