I visited the Imagine store a few days ago to look at some new Apple products, and I was honestly impressed with how smoothly everything went. The staff were polite and welcoming, and Ashwin who assisted me, really stood out for his professionalism and helpful attitude.
He was patient while I asked a bunch of questions about iPhone models and storage options, and he explained the differences clearly without using too much technical jargon. What stood out to me was how he guided me through the setup process and even helped me understand some features I hadn’t used before. It didn’t feel rushed at all and he made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left.
Aswin also gave me a few practical suggestions on accessories that actually made sense for my usage, rather than just trying to sell extra items. That kind of honesty is something I really appreciate in customer service.
The store itself was neat, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, but it’s the way Ashwin handled things that made the experience smooth and hassle-free.
