I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro from the Imagine store at Lulu Mall, Trivandrum, as part of a trade-in for my iPhone 12. Overall, the sales experience was smooth and well-handled. I would especially like to appreciate Akhil for his support and professionalism throughout the process.
However, I would like to highlight a significant concern regarding the in-store Wi-Fi connectivity. The network was extremely slow and unstable, which resulted in a delay of approximately 3–4 hours during the data migration process. While Akhil and the team made sincere efforts to complete the migration, the poor connectivity greatly impacted the overall experience.
Unfortunately, this delay caused me to miss an important family function, which was quite disappointing.
I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and improves the Wi-Fi infrastructure to ensure a smoother and more efficient customer experience in the future.
