They don’t have a clear idea on how things work. Preordered a custom macbook pro. I was told there was an ICICI card offer of 10k at the time of preorder. But at the time of delivery they told it is available only for non custom configurations. The issue is that if it was known at the time of preorder I could have directly purchased from Apple.
