I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the assistance I received at your Imagine store earlier today. My phone had unfortunately entered voice versa mode, and despite trying for a considerable amount of time while quite tired, I was unable to unlock it to reset the settings.
Upon visiting your store and explaining that my phone was stuck in voice versa mode, an employee named Ravi Teja was able to resolve the problem in approximately ten seconds.
