Customer care was really really good compared to Iplanet. I bought all apple care and phone in Iplanet. They treated me like a shit. Then I moved to Chromepet Imagine service. They perfectly attended my case and fixed my issue and replaced a New set of AirPods. Customer service was excellent and follow-up was great and polite. Trust Chromepet Imagine .
