I had a great experience at the Imagine Authorized Store a couple of months ago when I visited for help with my iPad. I was having trouble recalling my password—something many of us can relate to—and it turned out to be a lengthy and tricky issue to resolve.
Pallavi from the customer care team attended to me with incredible patience, technical know-how, and a positive attitude throughout the process. She spent over an hour trying different solutions and never gave up until the issue was fully resolved. Her calm approach and dedication really stood out.
