I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had at the Imagine Store in Orion Mall.
I purchased an iPhone and a charger from the Pulse brand. While the products themselves have met my expectations, I was quite disappointed with the approach and behavior of certain staff members during and after the purchase. Their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which did not align with the level of customer service I expected from a store of your reputation.
I had raised this issue with the staff at the time, but my concerns were not addressed, and I was met with a direct refusal to engage in any meaningful discussion. As a loyal customer, this experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about future interactions with your store.
I respectfully request that you look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve staff behavior and ensure that other customers do not face similar issues. I believe that with proper training and guidance, these challenges can be overcome.
