I recently visited this store ( at Shobha city) and was assisted by Sriram, and I must say the experience was excellent. From the very beginning, he was extremely cordial, patient, and approachable. I had quite a few doubts regarding the product and needed technical help with my ipad, and he took the time to explain everyting and helped me.
What stood out the most was his genuine willingness to help. Instead of just giving quick answered and assisted me at every step.
Overall, I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you, Sriram, for making my visit such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend the store to others because of the excellent support and customer care.
