I recently visited this store to get the new iPhone 16. I needed to exchange my old iPhone 12 and the staff seemed to be very friendly right from the get go.
Pranav was assisting me and was very knowledgeable about the phones and got me the maximum discount for my old phone. He also successfully transferred all the data from my old phone to my new phone and explained everything in detail.
Reducing 1 star since they sold me a tempered glass screen protector which had a rainbowing effect on the screen and I had to argue with the manager to get it replaced. I was also made to wait more than 1 hour by the manager to get this replaced which was terrible customer service.
Still, the phone purchase and exchange part was seamless. For cases and screen protectors, definitely recommend to assess online options before buying it from them because if you have any issue, it would be a hassle to deal with them.
