Sales representative Akhil from this store was very helpful in purchasing Ipad A16..From the website enquiry part to the purchase day. Akhil was available whenever I called. He explained to me every offers that was available and even helped with applying student offers. A shame that apple only has a few stocks of this ipad A16 all across kerala. I enquired so many stores across all cities and this was the only store which had the ipad with not great not bad colour option available in stock. No stock of this ipad came even after 5 days. Which made me buy this colour which was not my favourite...
