wonderful service staff, i thought that Gwalior is a small place so its hard to get the apple technical support. but i was wrong. the tesh support is awesome and service staff is very good.
i can suggest some improvements
1) training of behaviour for female service staff is essential. as they hail from Gwalior and are very short tempered and aggressive. service center owner, if you are reading this then this is the area of concern.
although my experience was good because not was not attended by them. i was fortunate. but many customers were not.
