I recently visited the Imagine Store on TTK Road in Chennai. The overall service was decent but fell a bit short of expectations. The staff seemed somewhat distracted, which made the experience feel a bit rushed. However, I want to specifically appreciate Sai Prasath for his assistance. He was attentive and knowledgeable, helping me navigate through my queries. If only the rest of the team matched his level of service, it would have made for a much better experience.

Recently I purchased an iPad Pro from TTK Road store of Imagine. The sales person Mr Sai Prasath was very friendly and helpful during the sales process. Next day I started setting up the device to transfer data and apps from my previous iPad. Soon I encountered some technical issues. I called Mr Prasath and he helped me to set up my new iPad through a video call. Only later I came to know he was doing this support from his home on his off day. I am really thankful to him for supporting me on his day off.
