Hi, my name is Prabu. I recently visited the Imagine store to purchase a Mac. I first went to the Vadapalani branch and met a salesperson named Noohu. Initially, I didn’t ask about the Mac and inquired about several products. Noohu patiently explained everything. Later, I asked about the Mac pricing and left to check with other stores like Croma and Reliance.
Although their prices were slightly lower, the customer service I experienced at Imagine, especially from Noohu, made a big difference. That’s the only reason I came back to this store. Even though the process took time, Noohu handled everything patiently and in a friendly manner. Finally, I made my purchase at Imagine, and I’m very happy with it.
For my future purchases, I will definitely visit the Vadapalani store and prefer Noohu’s service. Keep up the great work
