Good customer support from Arun( This is a fake review by the customer executive Arun. I had handed over him my phone to check the resale value of my device. But while I was checking out other New devices he has posted this review from my phone without my consent or knowledge. This is violation of privacy. I will take up this issue of unprofessional behaviour by the executive)I am posting the photo of the review by executive here.

The sales representative Mr Arun was too good to explain the specs but could not hear anything he explained because of the loud music coming from outside the showroom which was organised by the mall

The sales person Arun is very good and the deal is nice! He explained very well but we had to concentrate more to listen because if the loud music coming from outside of the showroom organized by the mall! Its very difficult and tiresome!

Today I visited imagine store in gopalan mall I just enquire about AirTag for my dog but I don’t have any knowledge about that item and there one of the staff name called arun kumar Treated me very well and I really liked his approach towards customer and he is so knowledgeable about all Apple devices I got know so many things I can do on my phone
