I visited the iMagine store recently to purchase a laptop a few accessories, and I must say, this was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any Apple reseller. During my first visit, Nawaz patiently walked us through two different laptop options, detailing prices and discounts. He genuinely helped us understand the differences and narrow down our choice without any pressure, just honest, helpful guidance. When we dropped in again the next week, Madan took over and truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient, checked stock availability, and assured me that he would follow up within half an hour after arranging the specific model and color we were looking for. And he delivered on his word, he called back promptly to confirm that the product would arrive the next day at 11 AM. The following day, Madan personally updated me that the product had reached the store and had also arranged for the HDFC professional to assist with financing options. Even though we arrived late, he encouraged us to come without stress and that everything was already taken care of. When we arrived, the team clearly explained the pricing breakdown between full payment and EMI options. I had a lot of questions, and not once did I feel rushed—every answer came with a smile and calm confidence. To top it off, the Area Store Manager (Srijith) happened to be there and was equally courteous, he even approved an additional discount, which was a lovely surprise! Madan in particular deserves special appreciation, his dedication, professionalism, and follow-through were truly exceptional. He’s outstanding at what he does. Without a doubt, this was the most seamless and satisfying Apple purchase experience I’ve had.
