I had an amazing and honest experience with Smit Morey. I initially really wanted the apple headphones which were out of stock. But was going to leave the country very soon, and he was honest to say I might not get them in time.
I also was interested in an iPad, which I bought and he didn’t try and sell me the most expensive product…instead gave me a much cheaper option for what I needed it for.
Even with the case for it, he first offered me the cheaper one rather than trying to sell the other which was twice the price.
I did end up buying the more expensive one without any pressure from him like most salesman.
And without me asking for any discount, he offered it to me.
A lovely person and very helpful.
I had an issue with the Apple Pencil, I wasn’t doing it right, thought it was defective, and normally a salesman would direct you to Apple support, but he walked me through the process and stayed on the phone with me till I had it sorted out.
Everything is working fine and I really appreciate all his help and honesty.
Ask for him if you’re in the store at the mall.
