I recently visited the Imagine Store, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were polite and knowledgeable — they patiently explained product features and helped me compare options before purchasing. The store layout was clean and well-organized, giving an authentic Apple-like experience.
The only minor issue was that billing took a bit of time, and prices were of course at standard Apple rates with limited discounts. However, the after-sales support and genuine product assurance made it worth it.
