I visited imagine Apple showroom with an extremely rare scenario with my newly bought Airtel SIM cards for 2 of my iPhones . Though the problem was only with the SIM card, local vendor and the Airtel service centre cannot able to solve the issue with no knowledge about handling iPhones. Then I was directed to imagine and was attended by Mr Yogeshwaran. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient, very informative and what not! He took almost 45 mins to solve my issues in which he never looses his temper and was trying in all possible ways to resolve it and finally made it. Life without internet was horrible until I met him in this store. I overheard that he is moving to an other branch but Chrompet people will definitely miss ur service. Good luck and keep growing Mr Yogeshwaran 💐
