I had a great experience at the Imagine Store, Lulu Mall while purchasing 17 Pro. This was my first time buying an iPhone, and the customer service made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
The staff patiently explained everything — from features to initial setup — without any rush. A special mention to Azad, who assisted me. He was knowledgeable, calm, and very patient with all my questions.
