I went for the i pad-air service,service people responded very well and they found the problem with the charger cable,cable was not available on that day and i tried for the alternative cables locally it was not working out and we explained our problem with the service man who attended me and requested for spare cable if any till we get the new cable since it is desperately required for the next day exam and they found one and gave me,it was a timely help, I never forget imagine store.
