On January 30, I purchased an iPhone 17 (White) from the Imagine Apple Premium Store at Lulu Mall, Edappally. A lady staff member (I don’t know her name—she had short-cut hair and was wearing black/brown bangles) helped me a lot in choosing the best iPhone for my needs. She was very supportive and friendly. Billing executive Shanid also deserves special thanks for the smooth and hassle-free billing process.
On February 8, I visited the store again to purchase AppleCare+, a tempered glass, and a mobile pouch for my iPhone 17. This time, Mr. Amir Suhail and Vishnu assisted me, and their service was excellent—very professional, respectful, and helpful.
Overall, my experience with this store has been outstanding. I highly recommend anyone who loves to buy an iPhone or Apple products to visit this Imagine store at Lulu Mall, Edappally.
